Stir Fried Shrimps

List of ingredients

  • shrimps | 1000g
  • Onion,ginger and garlic | Appropriate amount
  • Salt | Appropriate amount
  • Cooking wine | Appropriate amount 
  • Vinegar | 1 scoops

  • Soy Sauce | 2 scoops


1. Clean the shrimps and drain the water.

2. Heat the oil in the pot until the oil temperature is 8 minutes. Add ginger and garlic, stir fry to give the fragrance.

3. Stir fry the prawns for a few times, add vinegar and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.

4. Season with salt before leaving the pot.
