Nori:a moderate amount of 

Rice: 150g

Salt:a little

Egg: 1

Sesame oil:a little

 

Steps of cooking


1. Soak the rice for 1-2 hours in advance, then add a moderate amount of water and cook for about an hour on low heat   

2. Beat the eggs, pour into the boiling rice porridge, and then stir,add a little salt to taste;  

3. Cut seaweed into filaments.After the porridge is served, put in the shredded seaweed, add a few drops of sesame oil, and stir well.
