Japanese miso soup belongs to Japanese cuisine, and the same name as Korean 

miso soup. It is an indispensable accompaniment soup in Japanese cuisine, with 

strongand delicious taste.

 

LIST OF INGREDIENTS


Soft tofo: one box

Water : moderate amount

Miso: one teaspoon

Wakame: a handful

White pepper: 1/5 spoon

White seasame seed: moderate amount

Chopped green onion: moderate amount


PRACTICE:

1. When the water comes to a boil, add the tofu cubes and cook for two minutes. 

Then put the miso sauce in a spoon. Don't put it directly in the water, put it in a large spoon. 

2. Put wakame, finally out of the pot after sprinkle some sesame seeds and 

scallions.
