Two seemingly simple ingredients with tofu and seaweed.

Braised tofu with seaweed



1. Slice beancurd into rectangular thick slices ,Seaweed reduced to 2cm wide strip.

2.Wrap beancurd with seaweed strips.(If you can't wrap tofu tightly with seaweed strips, you can stick some water on the seaweed).

3.A little flour on the surface of tofu,then pan fry until golden.

4.Pour 3 tablespoons of hefenglu, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of ginger powder into the pot.

5.Open a small fire to collect juice.

6.Pour the juice on the fried beancurd.
