The cooking is pretty simple.
All you need is sake, sugar , a lump of fat and soy sauce. First slightly saute the beef slices with the fat. Then you add the sugar, soy sauce and sake.
You taste it and add any one of the three to adjust it to your liking.
That’s all if you are not with so high expectations.
Probably the most difficult part for people outside of Japan is to get thin slices of marble beef and edible raw eggs.
